OUR JOURNEY
We had a very deliberate focus to get us off the ground and we have had our share of luck. We will always have a lot of people to thank for helping us become DESELECTED. We believe we have a unique discourse amongst our industry. Our belief is our industry is more often than not a commerical pollutant. We exist to solve this across venture, growth, private or public ownership. Our headhunting is about maximising money multiples for everyone involved with empathy, ease and without exception. We also do this with a social conscience.

While I do not go about dressed as the caped crusader, I am certainly looking to crush it like he did.

When I first entered search I saw it like a deck of top trumps - in fact it was this very view that once got me hired.
I maintain this view vehemently and can layer in some super cool sabermetric-like approaches that are proprietary and bust all sorts of myths and eradicate hiring bias.

Nobody thinks like this, which has allowed me, and those that work with me, to provide our clients with incredible people to maximise their value creation opportunities. Uniquely we can do this with a social conscious too.
