WHY WE ARE DOING, WHAT WE ARE DOING
We want to enable science to drive recruitment meritocracy, giving access to non-prejudicial appointments and ultimately, the highest performing teams.
Our purpose is to make sure everyone has the ability to utilise this approach. We are doing this by making the complex simple.
And while we are doing this, we want to do our best to ensure that we help people who have been deselected in their own lives.
Yes, there is more than just financial profit to our business, we want to champion a social profit too.
“Okay,“ you might be saying. “It's great to wave a flag and talk about power to the people. But how do you actually do it?”
The history of the world is the story of those who’ve had access get more access and those who haven’t, well, don't so much. We want to change that history.

And we think technology is the vehicle for that change. Because, if you build it right, technology can be a tool to make things more fair, to create a system in which it doesn't matter where you come from, what gender, age, denomination, wealth, race, orientation you are, or if you are known to someone.

But removing every single barrier that stands between human beings and their meritocratic career freedoms is going to require some work. We know that and so, while we pursue this journey we are insisting on creating a social profit from every engagement we have. Ultimately, we hope to transform people's lives.
MAKING IT
Recruitment isn't dull as dishwater. We'll with us its not. We believe technology will allow us to be creative, intuitive, beautiful, and fulfilled. Wouldn’t it be better if people were inspired when talking to our industry rather than concerned about being fleeced? Its time for us to be transparent.

However, we won't allow ourselves to do this without helping to create better more fulfilled lives for those who have faced adversity and deselection from society. Its in our name, its in our DNA. Social Impact has to be part of our story.
RELATING IT
We talk to people — through our products, on the phone, wherever people need us — like a well-informed friend, not like a recruiter. We don't use tongue twisters or ambiguous language. We tell it as we would like to be told.
Using jargon only serves to intimidate and alienate people. We want our people and people engaging with us to feel like they’re us and we are them.

Our social profit has to be about fulfillment and opportunity. Whether that be providing access to employment or sponsoring exemplar services for people who have been deselected from society, and use the insight from these to help campaign, influence, and orchestrate systemic change.
DELIBERATELY TRANSPARENT
When you are opaque, you take power away from your clients. When you are transparent, you give it back to them. That’s why we tell our clients exactly what they’re paying in fees, and where that allows us to spend our time. And we never hide information in the small print.

Transparency builds trust, and it builds trustworthy companies.

We love story telling, and we want to shout about the social profit you are helping to create by working with us. Its not a con, its part of our culture manual and it will never change.
